Did your appointment go through?

If you are experiencing an issue with our booking system, here are a few answers to some common issues.

If you didn't get a confirmation email that means the appointment did not go through.

Usually when this happens...

1) is because your bank is not recognizing our bank that processes the payment, so it declines.

2) We were told by our processors that the majority of clients who use our booking system, uses their phones and not a computer. Sometimes data isn't updated on time or restarts as it's being used can be the cause.

3) You can retry the process in 15 minutes.

If in the event that you are charged and still did not receive an email, please contact us so we can assist you.
