What you need to bring in order to receive services.

In order to render services,

We will need:

1) For the client to be 18 years of age or older

2) Must bring current State ID or Passport.

(School ID w/ Birth Certificate is acceptable)

Since we offer Body Piercing for Minors,

we need:

1) Parent/Legal guardian to be present w/ their ID 2) State/School ID or Passport

3) Birth Certificate

There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will not provide services without them.
